Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note that Beaded Wire Decor – Winged Dragonfly Insects cannot be returned in the following cases:

  • Custom or Personalized Designs: If the item has been customized or made to order based on specific requests.
  • Used or Damaged Items: If the decor has been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Non-Original Packaging: If the item is not returned in its original packaging or is missing components.

To Complete Your Return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
